This topic is very important rather than just this definition.
Today we will cover what is Mental Health, its effects on our lives, and most importantly how to achieve it.
Good Mental Health is a state of well-being, being away from stress, mental harassment, and negativity, and living an optimistic life.
I will focus on factors affecting our mental health which directly affects our future.
